Teshera Hull is a natural connector and builds communities. She has been buying and selling properties for over 25 years and has a demonstrated talent for identifying emerging trends -- in real estate and business. In her long-standing role as the owner of TAM Enterprises, she develops housing and connects qualified residents to these opportunities. Within last two years, she has rehabbed and sold three properties, while making an average of 40-percent profit over acquisition costs.  

 

While building TAM Enterprises, Teshera has held various leadership roles within Johnson & Johnson, the American College of Surgeons, and currently General Electric. She thrives on creative challenges and building strong relationships. As a change agent, Teshera remains customer-focused while maximizing performance and profitability. These are hallmarks of her work which guides her to uncover and navigate innovative solutions. In 2009, Teshera earned the distinguished Global Standards of Leadership Award for exemplifying leadership of Johnson & Johnson’s Credo.

 

Managing complexity comes easy to her as she leads projects from concept to implementation. In 2019, Teshera earned an Employee Recognition award for her extraordinary contributions to the mission, vision and goals of the Division of Education, over and beyond the call of duty.
